Assistant Principal, Novato High
Tiffany Benson is an experienced curriculum developer, program coordinator and Nationally Board Certified teacher who is excited to be joining the Novato High School team. After completing her undergraduate work in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin, Benson spent time in Washington, DC working for Henry Kissinger. Benson then redirected her career towards education, completing her Masters of Education at DePaul University. She has taught at St. Petersburg State University in Russia, Stanford University and Bay Area high schools for 9 years. Coming from a family of artists, Ms. Benson is thrilled to be overseeing the Marin School of the Arts. Being around such talented students and artists is a constant inspiration. When she is not supporting student performances or working with teachers, she spends her time traveling and playing with her dogs.
City Council Appointee
Yancy graduated from UCLA with a degree in economics and accounting. He began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young (EY) where he earned his Certified Public Accountant license in the assurance group. he left EY as a manager and made the transition into K-12 education finance. In his years in K-12 education, he has also worked as the chief Business official (CBO) at the Larkspur-Corte Madera School District as well as working with the Marin County Office of Education and the Palo Alto Unified School District. he is a California Association of School Business Official (CASBO) Certified Chief Business official and has completed the FCMAT CBO Mentor Project and the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) Facilitates Leadership Academy.
Vance Ashe, President

Our staff offers over 35 years of professional industry experience and is available to help all Novato residents and employees, local government agencies, non-profits, and schools with low-cost training and state-of-the art digital tools empowering them to create cable TV and online media.
Pam earned her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University. She has been involved with NCTV (formerly NPAT) since 2002 as a Producer and Host of two community television shows, and served on the Board of Directors for five years, two years as Board President. In 2011, she was hired as the part-time Office Manager for two years and was then promoted to the position of Executive Director. Pam is a Novato Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and an Announcer for Novato’s 4th of July parade.
Head of Programming
Nick Logan is the Head of Programming at NCTV. He interned at the station back when it was known as Novato Public Access Television (NPAT) in 2002 and he returned in 2014. Nick is responsible for ingesting and programming for the stations’ three channels, as well as monitoring the YouTube and Facebook web portals, and, shooting and editing new projects for the station. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.A. in Cinema from San Francisco State University in 2010, he wrote and directed several short films, one of them, “A Couple of Things You Didn’t Know About The Golden Gate Bridge”, played at the Mill Valley Film Festival in 2013.
Producer / Lead Videographer
Marcus Okun graduated from Novato High School and the MSA Film and Video program, and is currently attending Santa Rosa Junior College studying GE for transfer. He has worked as a technical director and video producer at MSA as a student, as a production intern for Pacific Private Money, a videographer and editor for SportsVideoNet, and as a freelancer for local businesses and schools. He enjoys listening to classical music and playing video games in his free time.
Shannon started at NCTV, formerly NPAT, in 2006 as a videographer for the NUSD school board meetings. He has since become a technical consultant for the studio, making sure broadcast equipment continues to run smoothly in addition to assisting with the production and editing of NCTV’s various projects. He graduated from Ex’pression College in 2009 with a degree in Motion Graphic Design and is currently learning computer programming and expanding web development skills to supplement his design background.
